Honking is a national nuisance in India. It isn’t a malaise of urban areas anymore as it has seeped in to our rural roads too. Unnecessary noise pollution has lead to increasing level of stress in the population as well as newer psychological problems in many individuals. This exercise was an endeavour to raise awareness against the disease of honking in our nation.
Nothing effects human beings more than a poke at their ego. Comparing blatant honking to the braying of a donkey is a light hearted yet thought provoking idea to make one realise the nuisance one creates when honking without reason.
Honking + Donkey = Honkey. Don't be one.
